user/mbedtls: disable alignment tests. see #1002.
This test suite was added in:
https://github.com/Mbed-TLS/mbedtls\
/commit/fb5fedcd00726555def8b1d47293e87562db0f86
and indicates that there may not be a regression.
It fails on at least two big-endian platforms, of
which ppc64 and sparc64 were tested.
The test suite may be broken, or alignment.h may be,
and we will need to investigate this further.
Disable the test suite for now.
