system/man-db: Silence the mandb trigger
It's kinda hard to watch for apk warnings/errors if every invocation
(that installs man pages) is followed by a screenful of mandb
diagnostics.
mandb also prints warnings and some progress info to stderr, so we'll
still notice if there are problems.
