docs: overhaul module_file_support.rst (#42585)
The section was highly outdated as it referred to old defaults, and
failed to mention `hide_implicits: true`.
This commit restructures it, moves some deeply nested sections a level
up, and promotes `hide_implicits: true` + `autoload: direct` before
talking about `exclude`.
